WEST YAVAPAI GUIDANCE CLINICS DBA POLARA HEALTH MISSION & VISION THE MISSION OF POLARA HEALTH IS TO PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE, COMPASSIONATE HOLISTIC HEALTHCARE THAT STRENGTHENS OUR COMMUNITY. WE ARE AN INTEGRATED BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE PROVIDER WITH A WIDE ARRAY OF HOLISTIC PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO MEET OUR CLIENTS WHEREVER THEY ARE ON THEIR JOURNEY TO WELLNESS QUALITY, CLIENT-CENTERED MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO RESIDENTS OF YAVAPAI COUNTY, ARIZONA. WE MAINTAIN A COMMITMENT TO HOPE AND HEALING, AND PRIDE OURSELVES ON DELIVERING COMPASSIONATE AND EFFECTIVE TREATMENT TO A MAJORITY LOW-INCOME POPULATION.
