BEING A NEW ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHED IN 2019 DURING 2021 WE ACQUIRED 5 LOTS GIVEN TO US BY THE CITY OF STURGEON BAY AND PARTNERING WITH HABITAT OF DOOR COUNTY WE HAD OUR FIRST HOME BUILT ON THE ONE LOT WE ALREADY OWNED THIS HOME IS OWNED BY A SINGLE MOTHER WITH TWO CHILDREN AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE WITH A GROUND LEASE ON THE LOT WITH US THAT WILL KEEP THE HOUSE STILL AFFORDABLE IF AND WHEN IT IS SOLD BY THE CURRENT OWNER
