ON OCTOBER 1, 2020, THE MINNEAPOLIS PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY (MPHA) DONATED 707 SCATTERED SITE PUBLIC HOUSING UNITS TO COMMUNITY HOUSING RESOURCES (CHR). CHR LEASES THESE UNITS TO LOW-INCOME FAMILIES AT APPROXIMATELY 30% OF THE FAMILIES ADJUSTED INCOME UNDER THE RULES GOVERNING FEDERAL SECTION 8 PROJECT-BASED HOUSING.
