RENTAL SUBSIDIES - INVOLVES THE ADMINISTRATION OF RENTAL SUBSIDIES TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITH DISABILITY OF MENTAL ILLNESS, CHRONIC SUBSTANCE ABUSE, OR AIDS OR OTHER RELATED DISEASES FROM FUNDS GENERALLY PASSED THROUGH FROM GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES.
HOUSING DEVELOPMENT - PROVIDE COORDINATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF HOUSING PROJECTS FOR THE GENERAL LOW INCOME PUBLIC. HOUSING IS DEVELOPED AS AFFORDABLE TO THESE HOUSEHOLDS WITH AN INCOME THAT IS 60% OR LESS OF THE AREA MEDIAN INCOME.
COMMUNITY AND PROJECT BASED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - OWN AND MANAGE RENTAL HOUSING UNITS FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES. FAMILY SERVICES - THESE SERVICES INCLUDE ASSISTING FAMILIES LIVING IN AFFILIATES HOUSING TO ESTABLISH GOALS WHICH WILL ENABLE THEM TO HANDLE FAMILY CRISES, STRENGTHEN ECONOMIC STABILITY, AND BECOME CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY IN WHICH THEY LIVE. FAMILY SERVICES WILL DO THIS BY LOCATING RESOURCES AND PROVIDING ENCOURAGEMENT AND SUPPORT AS THE FAMILY STRIVES TO MEET THESE GOALS.
