AFTER 12 YEARS OF OPERATION, BOLD HAS TRAINED OVER 600 OF THE NATION'S TOP BLACK ORGANIZERS IN TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES, ENHANCING THE CAPACITY OF BLACK-LED ORGANIZATIONS AND MOVEMENTS. BOLD IS CREATING A PHYSICAL ANCHOR FOR ITS SPACE-BUILDING WORK AND PROVIDING A TANGIBLE RESOURCE FOR ITS SOCIAL JUSTICE ECOSYSTEM THROUGH REGENERATIVE-BASED LAND STEWARDSHIP THAT PRIORITIZES AGROECOLOGICAL PRACTICES.BOLD'S IMPACT EXTENDS INTERNATIONALLY THROUGH DEEP SOLIDARITY WITH SOCIAL JUSTICE MOVEMENTS IN THE GLOBAL SOUTH. OUR INTERNATIONAL SOLIDARITY BROADENS OUR PERSPECTIVE AND UNDERSTANDING OF HUMAN RIGHTS, CLIMATE JUSTICE, FOOD SOVEREIGNTY, AND RESTORATIVE JUSTICE WHILE FOSTERING GLOBAL CONNECTIONS AND PEOPLE-TO-PEOPLE SOLIDARITY. THE CURRICULUM DEVELOPED BY BOLD INTRODUCES PARTICIPANTS TO NEW SKILLS AND PRACTICES, REINFORCING EXISTING KNOWLEDGE AND FILLING CRITICAL GAPS IN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT. THIS PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION OFTEN TRANSFERS TO ORGANIZATIONAL PRACTICES, WITH PARTICIPANTS IMPLEMENTING BOLD'S METHODOLOGIES IN THEIR HOME ORGANIZATIONS.A KEY ASPECT OF BOLD'S APPROACH IS ENCOURAGING THE "UNLEARNING" OF TRANSACTIONAL ORGANIZING METHODS, PROMOTING MORE HOLISTIC AND SUSTAINABLE APPROACHES TO COMMUNITY ORGANIZING. THE MAIN PILLARS OF OUR PROGRAMMING ARE TRANSFORMATIVE ORGANIZING, EMBODIED LEADERSHIP, AND POLITICAL EDUCATIONALL UNGIRDED BY SOMATIC PRACTICES. BOLD ALSO PROVIDES ONGOING SUPPORT THROUGH CONTINUED ACCESS TO TRAINERS AND ENGAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES ENSURING LONG-TERM IMPACT AND GROWTH.BOLD SERVES AS A CONTAINER IN BLACK ORGANIZING, HOLDING SPACE FOR INDIVIDUALS, ORGANIZATIONS, MOVEMENTS, ISSUES, AND RELATIONSHIPS. THROUGH THESE ACHIEVEMENTS, BOLD CONTINUES TO ACT AS A LEADING INSTITUTION IN BLACK LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, GROWING ITS ECOSYSTEM, BROADENING PROGRAMMING, INCREASING CAPACITY, AND LIVING INTO ITS LEGACY OF TRANSFORMATIVE CHANGE. THE ORGANIZATION'S WORK HAS REINFORCED PRACTICES AND KNOWLEDGE FOR SOME PARTICIPANTS, WHILE FOR MANY OTHERS, IT HAS INTRODUCED THEM TO NEW SKILLS AND PRACTICES IN A SPACE THEY HAD LONG YEARNED FOR, CREATING A PROFOUND AND LASTING IMPACT ON BOTH INDIVIDUAL LEADERS AND THE BROADER LANDSCAPE OF BLACK ORGANIZING.
