CAREQUALITY SUPPORTS A ROBUST LEGAL AND POLICY FRAMEWORK CONSISTING OF A COMMON TRUST AGREEMENT, IMPLEMENTATION GUIDES AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS DEVELOPED BY A MULTI-STAKEHOLDER PROCESS STEWARDED BY CAREQUALITY.
