THE ORGANIZATION FOSTERS AND PROMOTES MENTORING AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN IN THE ASPHALT INDUSTRY, CREATES PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENTAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN IN ASPHALT THROUGH EDUCATION AND TRAINING, AND ADVOCATES FOR WOMEN IN THE ASPHALT INDUSTRY.

WE CONTINUED THE CONVERSATION AROUND DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION. ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE: 117 MEMBERS JOINED OUR 2022 MENTORSHIP PROGRAM, WE CONDUCTED 3 FREE VIRTUAL CONVERSATIONS TO LEAD & INSPIRE EVENTS, LAUNCHED 6 MORE BRANCHES FOR A TOTAL OF 18 WOMEN OF ASPHALT BRANCHES COVERING 24 STATES ACROSS THE UNITED STATES, RELEASED OUR 15TH WHERE WE BELONG PODCAST, HOSTED TWO SESSIONS AND A MIXER AT WORLD OF ASPHALT 2022, AND ENGAGED ALMOST 3,000 MEMBERS.
