THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES GRANTS AND ASSISTANCE TO OTHER NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES WHICH SUPPORT MEMBERS IN THEIR VOLUNTEER EFFORTS TO IMPROVE COMMUNITIES.
THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES PROGRAMS TO ENSURE THAT MEMBERS ARE EFFECTIVELY LED AND MANAGED. THE JUNIOR LEAGUE IS COMMITED TO DEVELOPING THE POTENTIAL OF WOMEN BY EMPOWERING MEMBERS THROUGH EXTRAORDINARY OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEADERSHIP AND PERSONAL GROWTH. THE LEAGUE PROVIDES A SYSTEM OF TRAINING AND SUPPORT THAT ALLOWS WOMEN TO CULTIVATE AND BUILD UPON THEIR OWN STRENGTHS. MEMBERS ARE OFFERED A VARIETY OF TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDING SESSIONS ON FUNDRAISING AND EVENT PLANNING, STRENGTH BUILDING, BUSINESS ETIQUETTE, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, GRANT WRITING, AND ENHANCING INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
