IN 2021, HIM FOR HER SUCCESSFULLY FURTHERED OUR MISSION OF ACCELERATING CORPORATE BOARD DIVERSITY. WE PROVIDED REFERRAL LISTS FOR 564 BOARD OPENINGS RANGING FROM EARLY STAGE STARTUPS TO PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANIES. BOTH CANDIDATES AND SEARCHES WERE SOURCED FROM OUR REFERRAL BASED NETWORK, INCLUDING CORPORATE AND INVESTMENT PARTNERS. HIM FOR HER ALSO ORGANIZED 32 LEADERSHIP EVENTS, PRIMARILY FACILITATED VIRTUALLY. THE EVENTS WERE ATTENDED BY SMALL GROUPS OF CURATED CEOS, BOARD DIRECTORS AND FEMALE EXECUTIVES/BOARD-READY WOMEN. WE PLACED 35 NEW DIRECTORS (ABOUT HALF WERE FIRSTTIME DIRECTORS AND HALF WERE WOMEN OF COLOR, 13 WERE TO PUBLIC COMPANIES, 5 TO COMPANIES THAT HAVE SINCE GONE PUBLIC).
