NATURE FOR ALL IS AN ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL JUSTICE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION. OUR MISSION IS TO ENSURE THAT DIVERSE, UNDERSERVED AND PARK-POOR COMMUNITIES HAVE EQUITABLE ACCESS TO THE WIDE RANGE OF BENEFITS THAT NATURE PROVIDES. THROUGH COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT, POLICY, ADVOCACY, OUTINGS AND ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, WE BUILD SUPPORT TO PROTECT AND CREATE ACCESS TO THE SAN GABRIEL MOUNTAINS NATIONAL MONUMENT WITH COMMUNITY MEMBERS, CIVIC LEADERS, LOCAL ELECTED AND BUSINESSES. THROUGH OUR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND ACCESS PROGRAMS, WE CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR OTHERS TO LEARN ABOUT OUR FORESTS, RIVERS AND PARKS AND CREATE A COMMUNITY BASE BY DEVELOPING THE NEXT GENERATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL LEADERS THAT WILL CONNECT TO AND PROTECT SPACES IN NATURE. IN 2021, NATURE FOR ALL CELEBRATED ITS 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY WITH 20 GRADUATES PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM. IN TERMS OF OUR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM OF COMMUNITY AMBASSADORS, WE ALSO EXTENDED OUR REACH BEYOND THE SAN GABRIEL VALLEY TO SAN FERNANDO VALLEY AND SOUTHEAST LOS ANGELES WITH OVER 500 PARTICIPANTS IN OUR COMMUNITY BASE BUILDING TRAINING, HIKES AND EVENTS. LASTLY, OUR ALL ABOARD FOR NATURE ACCESS TRANSIT PROGRAMMING RECEIVED FUNDING TO BEGIN PLANNING TRIPS IN THE SUMMER 2022 AND CONTINUE TO PLAN OUR TRANSIT-TO-TRAILS VISION FOR SHUTTLES TO THE SAN GABRIEL MOUNTAINS.
