THE MISSION OF THIS CORPORATION SHALL BE TO PROVIDE AN ANNUAL COMMUNITY EVENT THAT SHOWCASES OUR HISTORIC WESTERN HERITAGE, EDUCATES THE COMMUNITY ON LOCAL AGRICULTURE, AND PROVIDE A VENUE FOR THE PEOPLE OF OUR COMMUNITY TO GATHER IN UNITY; TO FOSTER THE EMPOWERMENT OF FEMALE EQUESTRIANS THROUH THE YEAR-ROUND VALLEY CENTER STAMPEDE RODEO QUEEN PROGRAM; TO SPONSOR YOUTH EDUCATION THROUGH SCHOLARSHIPS FOR LOCAL GRADUATING SENIORS ENROLLED IN A COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OR VOCATIONAL INSTITUTION; AND TO SUPPORT OUR LOCAL MILITARY BY DONATING TO MORAL, WELFARE AND RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS.
