WESTERN OPPORTUNITY FUND (THE "FOUNDATION") HAS CONSTRUCTED THE PAUL M. RADY SCHOOL OF COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING BUILDING (THE "BUILDING") LOCATED ON THE CAMPUS OF WESTERN COLORADO UNIVERSITY (THE "UNIVERSITY") IN GUNNISON, COLORADO. THE BUILDING IS A 75,000 SQUARE FOOT AND LEED CERTIFIED BUILDING WITH VERSATILE TEACHING AND LAB SPACES ALONG WITH INDOOR AND OUTDOOR LEARNING AREAS. THE UNIVERSITY WILL USE THE BUILDING TO EDUCATE STUDENTS WHERE THEY WILL BE ABLE TO OBTAIN DEGREES IN COMPUTER SCIENCE AND MECHANICAL ENGINEERING.
