WE DO THIS THROUGH BUILDING GRASSROOTS NETWORKS, TRAINING AND COACHING EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS AND CEOS OF SOCIAL ENTERPRISES, AND BY HOLDING REGULAR MEETINGS TO COORDINATE OUR WORK ACROSS OUR NETWORK.

WE WORK WITH THEM TO INCREASE THEIR IMPACT THROUGH HIGH IMPACT TRAININGS, COACHING, AND ADVISING IN SPECIFIC AREAS OF SUPPORT INCLUDING STRATEGIC CLARITY/FOCUS, FUNDRAISING STRATEGY, OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY & EFFECTIVENESS, CONDUCTING AND UTILIZING IMPACT RESEARCH, AND SO ON. HNC ALSO CREATES A SPACE IN WHICH DIVERSE LEADERS OF THESE ORGANIZATIONS CAN BOTH COLLABORATE ACROSS THEIR ORGANIZATIONS AND LEARN FROM ONE ANOTHER.
