STRATEGIC PARTNER - ROOTED WILL COALESCE PARTNERS IN SUPPORT OF A VISION AND STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE ACADEMIC OUTCOMES, AND HOLD ALL OF THE STAKEHOLDERS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING THOSE OUTCOMES, ROOTED'S INDEPENDENCE WILL ALLOW IT TO APPROACH THIS TASK WITH URGENCY, LONG-TERM COMMITMENT AND STABILITY, AND A FOCUS ON BOTH HIGH QUALITY SCHOOLS AND EQUITY. ROOTED BELIEVES THAT THE BEST WAY FOR OUR PUBLIC EDUCATION SYSTEM TO DRAMATICALLY EXPAND ACCESS TO A HIGH QUALITY EDUCATION FOR ALL CHILDREN IS TO SUPPORT SCHOOL AUTONOMY AND AUTONOMOUS LEADERS AND EMPOWER AND PARTNER WITH THE COMMUNITIES MOST IMPACTED BY EDUCATIONAL INEQUITY.
