TURING'S MISSION IS TO UNLOCK HUMAN POTENTIAL BY TRAINING A DIVERSE AND INCLUSIVE STUDENT BODY. IN 2021, 32% OF OUR STUDENT POPULATION WERE PEOPLE OF COLOR AND 38% IDENTIFIED AS FEMALE OR NON-BINARY. OUR LONG-TERM GOAL IS TO HAVE THE DEMOGRAPHICS OF THE TURING COMMUNITY MATCH THE DEMOGRAPHICS OF THE UNITED STATES AS REPRESENTED IN CENSUS INFORMATION.

TURING SCHOOL OF SOFTWARE AND DESIGN IS A FULLY IMMERSIVE 7 MONTH SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. IN 2021, TURING HAD 307 GRADUATES OF THE PROGRAM. OVER 85% OF THOSE STUDENTS WERE EMPLOYED IN NEW CAREERS AS SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS AND SOFTWARE ENGINEERS.
