A LITTLE HELP CONNECTS NEIGHBORS TO HELP OLDER ADULTS THRIVE. WE EMPOWER OLDER ADULTS TO CONTINUE TO LIVE ON THEIR OWN TERMS IN THEIR OWN HOMES WITH THE HELP OF NEIGHBORS OF ALL AGES WHO VOLUNTEER FOR SERVICES AND FORGE SOCIAL CONNECTIONS.

ELDER SERVICES - PROVIDE DIRECT SERVICES FOR ELDERS INCLUDING TRANSPORTATION, YARD WORK, HANDY HELP, HOME CHORES, CHECK IN CALLS AND FRIENDLY VISITS, CAREGIVER RESPITE, SNOW SHOVELING, AND OTHER TASKS THAT HELP OLDER ADULTS AGE INDEPENDENTLY IN THEIR HOMES AND COMMUNITIES. PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR SOCIAL CONNECTION AMONG NEIGHBORS, INCLUDING SUMMER PICNICS, BOOK AND OTHER INTEREST GROUPS, WALKING GROUPS, SPEAKER SERIES, CULTURAL EVENTS, LUNCHES AND DINNERS, AND HOLIDAY PARTIES.
