ITS PRIMARY FOCUS IS TO CREATE AND RETAIN BASE JOBS AND TO ENSURE THAT RESOURCES ARE AVAILABLE TO ATTRACT, EXPAND AND RETAIN BASE JOBS IN THE COMMUNITY.
