FUNDING RESEARCH FOCUSED ON RARE CANCERS. THE BRAVE LIKE GABE FOUNDATION SUPPORTED RARE CANCER RESEARCH THROUGH DONATIONS TO MEMORIAL SLOAN KETTERING CANCER RESEARCH CENTER, THE ADENOID CYSTIC CARCINOMA RESEARCH FOUNDATION, AND THE FRED HUTCHINSON CANCER CENTER. SUPPORTING THOSE IMPACTED BY RARE CANCERS, RAISING AWARENESS OF RARE CANCERS, AND CREATING COMMUNITY THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA AND THE ANNUAL BRAVE LIKE GABE 5K RUN. THE 5K HONORS GABRIELE GRUNEWALD'S LEGACY AND CONTINUES TO INSPIRE PEOPLE TO KEEP RUNNINGONHOPE, AND RAISES FUNDS TO FIND BETTER, MORE EFFECTIVE TREATMENTS FOR ADENOID CYSTIC CARCINOMA.
