OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE PRACTICAL HELP AND A HOPEFUL WAY FORWARD TO MEMBERS OF OUR COMMUNITIES IN SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN WHO ARE ENDURING THE JOURNEY THROUGH CANCER.

PROJECT CONNECT WELLNESS PROGRAM EXPENSES - PROJECT CONNECT IS DESIGNED TO HELP CANCER FIGHTERS AND SURVIVORS OPTIMIZE THEIR WELLNESS THROUGH HEALTHIER EATING CHOICES, INCREASED PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND ENHANCED SOCIAL SUPPORT. WE PROVIDE A VARIETY OF FREE CLASSES, ACTIVITIES AND RESOURCES THAT PROVIDE MOTIVATION TO IMPLEMENT LASTING LIFESTYLE CHANGES THAT CAN IMPROVE THEIR RESPONSE TO TREATMENT, REDUCE THE RISK OF RECURRENCE AND PROMOTE A STRONGER QUALITY OF LIFE WITH CANCER AND BEYOND.


CARE CONNECTION CANCER ASSISTANCE, RELIEF EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM - THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, SERVICE COORDINATION AND FREE SUPPORT SERVICES TO LOCAL CANCER FIGHTERS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO HELP ADDRESS THEIR MOST URGENT, NON-MEDICAL DAILY LIVING NEEDS, EXPENSES AND CHALLENGES DURING TREATMENT. BASED ON THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF EACH INDIVIDUAL, WE MAY OFFER SUPPORT IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS TRANSPORTATION, GROCERIES, RENT, UTILITIES, HOME CLEANING, LAWN CARE, CHILD CARE AND MORE. BY HELPING ALLEVIATE SOME OF THE BURDENS ASSOCIATED WITH A CANCER DIAGNOSIS, PEOPLE ARE EMPOWERED TO PLACE MORE FOCUS ON THEIR HEALING AND THOSE THEY LOVE.


PRESENT CONNECTION - THROUGH THIS PROGRAM WE PROVIDE A VARIETY OF GIFTS, PRODUCTS AND SUPPLIES FREE OF CHARGE TO LOCAL PATIENTS UNDERGOING CANCER TREATMENT. THIS COULD INCLUDE A FRESH BOUQUET OF FLOWERS, WIGS/HEAD COVERS FOR HAIR LOSS CONCERNS OR CARE BAGS FILLED WITH ITEMS THAT PROVIDE MUCH NEEDED COMFORT, RELIEF AND ENCOURAGEMENT. THESE SPECIAL OFFERINGS ENSURE THAT INDIVIDUALS FACING A CANCER DIAGNOSIS FEEL THE PRESENCE AND EMBRACE OF OUR COMMUNITY ON THEIR JOURNEY TOWARD HEALING.
