THE COALITION SUPPORTS COLON CANCER EDUCATION AND SCREENING EFFORTS AROUND THE COUNTRY INCLUDING NORTH CAROLINA, PENNSYLVANIA, TEXAS, MASSACHUETTS, AND MINNESOTA. THE COALITION ALSO PROVIDES ASSISTANCE FOR GROUPS AND CONTINUES TO WORK WITH PATIENTS AND SURVIVORS TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND SUPPORT. THE COALITION COORDINATES OVER 40 RUN/WALK EVENTS IN THE UNITED STATES PARTNERING WITH LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS WITH THE MISSION TO PROVIDE COLORECTAL SCREENINGS, AWARENESS AND EDUCATION TO LOCAL COMMUNITIES. TWO OF THE BIGGEST AREAS ARE PHILADELPHIA AND NORTH CAROLINA WHERE THE COALITION SUPPORTS THOMAS JEFFERESON UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL AND NOVANT PRESBYTERIAN HOSPITAL TO PROVIDE COLORECTAL SCREENINGS TO RESIDENTS WHOM COULD OTHERWISE NOT AFFORD TO RECEIVE SCREENINGS.
