WARRIORS CENTER BOLIVAR IS DEDICATED TO ASSISTING MEN IN OVERCOMING ISSUES RELATED TO SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND/OR HOMELESSNESS. MOTIVATED BY THE LOVE OF GOD, WE MEET THE NEEDS OF MEN SUCH AS CLOTHING, SHELTER, EDUCATION, JOB TRAINING AND REHABILITATION.

Part 3 - Line 4a

RECOVERY & REHABILITATION PROGRAM - THE OBJECTIVE IS TO HELP MEN THAT ARE HOMELESS AND/OR ADDICTED TO SUBSTANCES BY PROVIDING SAFE HOUSING & SPIRITUAL SUPPORT. THIS HELPS THEM TO BECOME PRODUCTIVE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. IN 2022, 91 MEN WERE HOUSED THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN HOMELESS OTHERWISE. THE AVERAGE STAY IS 90 DAYS. THE AVERAGE COUNSELING & GROUP HOURS PER INDIVIDUAL IS 248 HOURS OF REHABILITATION TREATMENT. WE SERVED 71,175 MEALS TO THOSE IN THE PROGRAM OVER THE YEAR. WE HELPED PROVIDE HEALTHCARE FOR 45 MEN THROUGH LOCAL MEDICAL PARTNERSHIPS. DENTAL CARE IS PROVIDED THROUGH LOCAL COMMUNITY DENTAL PROVIDERS. WE PROVIDED CLOTHING FOR 60 MEN AND 75 MEN RECEIVED WORK THERAPY AND TRAINING TO HELP LEARN A BALANCED AND PRODUCTIVE LIFE IN THE WORKFORCE AND BUILD TRADE SKILLS. 23 MEN GRADUATED THE PROGRAM THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. THE PROGRAM PROVIDED 26 OPPORTUNITIES FOR COMMUNITY OUTREACH TO HELP THE LOCAL HOMELESS COMMUNITIES.
