ISSUE ADVOCACY (95%): IDTA EDUCATES REGULATORS AND OTHER RELEVANT POLICY MAKERS ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF INDEPENDENT DEALERS AND TRADERS TO THE HEALTH OF THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY, WITH PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION ("SEC"), THE TREASURY DEPARTMENT, AND THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF NEW YORK ("FRBNY"), AND ADVOCATES FOR REGULATORY CHANGES THAT WILL PROMOTE LIQUIDITY AND EFFICIENCY OF CAPITAL MARKETS.
