INDEPENDENTLY FORMED IN 2003 TO BUILD A FAIRER, SIMPLER, AND MORE EFFICIENT MUSIC INDUSTRY, SOUNDEXCHANGE COLLECTS AND DISTRIBUTES DIGITAL PERFORMANCE ROYALTIES ON BEHALF OF MORE THAN 560,000 MUSIC CREATORS AND GROWING. THROUGH PROPRIETARY MUSIC TECH SOLUTIONS, SOUNDEXCHANGE TRANSFORMS BILLIONS OF LINES OF MUSIC STREAMING DATA INTO ACCURATE AND TIMELY REVENUE, WITH 90% OF ROYALTIES PAID OUT WITHIN 45 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
