TO CONNECT YOUTH FROM DIVERSE COMMUNITIES WITH EXPERIENCED BROADWAY AND HOLLYWOOD TALENT TO ENGAGE AND LEARN THROUGH TECHNICAL TRAININGS, MASTER CLASSES, AND THEATRICAL PRODUCTIONS. THE CURRICULUM IS GUIDED BY CORE VALUES OF INTEGRITY, KINDNESS, AND INCLUSION.

MUSICALS AND CABARETS: STUDENTS PAY A TUITION TO EXPERIENCE THE AUDITION, REHEARSAL, AND PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCE AND THEATER ATTENDEES PAY FOR TICKETS TO SEE THE PRODUCTIONS. INCOME ALSO INCLUDES OUTSIDE DONATIONS AND CONCESSIONS.
SUMMER CAMPS: STUDENTS PAY TUITION TO ATTEND FULL DAY 1-2 TWO WEEK SUMMER CAMP PROGRAMS WHICH CULMINATE IN A SHOW/PRODUCTION.
CLASSES AND COACHING: STUDENTS PAY TUITION FOR A ONE-TIME WORKSHOP OR WEEKLY CLASSES GIVEN BY GUEST TEACHERS AND OR PERFORMERS. PRIVATE COACHING IS ALSO AVAILABLE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS.
FIELD TRIPS: TICKETS ARE PURCHASED FOR PERFORMANCES AT THE BOSTON OPERA HOUSE AND STUDENTS ARE TAKEN BY BUS TO THE PERFORMANCES.
