IN FY22, THE APOLLO PRESENTED PROGRAMS BOTH IN-PERSON AND VIRTUALLY ON THE DIGITAL STAGE, WHICH HAS ALLOWED THE ORGANIZATION TO EXPAND ITS REACH TO A GLOBAL AUDIENCE OF 1.6M THROUGH MORE THAN 60 NEW DIGITAL PROGRAMS, CREATING A NEW, EVERGREEN PLATFORM WITH WHICH TO ENGAGE ITS AUDIENCES AND FUTURE GENERATIONS. THE THEME OF THE FY22 SEASON WAS THE RENAISSANCE IS NOW!, HONORING THE LEGACY AND IMPACT OF THE HARLEM RENAISSANCE 100 YEARS AGO. THE APOLLO CONTINUED COLLABORATION WITH MASTER ARTIST IN RESIDENCE AND AUTHOR TA-NEHISI COATES AS WELL WITH COMMISSIONED ARTISTS EBONY NOELLE GOLDEN, STEFON HARRIS, BANDALOOP, DANIEL BERNARD ROUMAIN, BILLY CHILDS, JESSICA CARE MOORE, AKU KADOGO, AND MANY MORE AND COMMUNITY PARTNERS (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O) INCLUDING WNYC (APOLLO UPTOWN HALL MLK PROGRAM) AND ABDEL SALAAM'S FORCES OF NATURE DANCE THEATRE (KWANZAA REGENERATION CELEBRATION).
