ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING: UPRISE BELIEVES THAT CHANGE HAPPENS BEST BY WORKING BOTH WITHIN AND OUTSIDE OF SYSTEMS. ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING IS ABOUT WORKING WITH ORGANIZATIONS TO ADVANCE LIBERATORY PRACTICES AND TO CENTER BIPOC AND QT/BIPOC AMONG STAFF AND SERVICE USERS. SEE ATTACHMENT FOR DETAILS
