IN 2020, THE LAND BANK WAS ABLE TO ACQUIRE 50.6 ACRES FOR POTENTIAL REDEVELOPMENT. MOST OF THIS WAS A VACANT MANUFACTURING COMPLEX THAT INCLUDES 670,000 SQ FT OF EXISTING SPACE UNDER LOCAL CONTROL. THE LAND BANK ALSO DEMOLISHED 4 BLIGHTED DRUG PROPERTIES, CLEANING UP THE LOCAL NEIGHBORHOOD. ADDITIONALLY, DEVELOPERS REHABBED 2 EXISTING LAND BANK PROPERTIES INTO BEAUTIFUL HOMES.
