EDUCATION: IN PARTNERSHIP WITH UNIVERSITY OF ALASKA FAIRBANKS, ENLACES IS IN CHARGE OF A SCHOLARSHIP GRANT OF $1500; ATTENDED MEETINGS WHEN LOCAL SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENT ANNOUNCED A PLAN TO PERMANENTLY CLOSE SCHOOLS IN THE ANCHORAGE AREA.
