TO ENCOURAGE THE PARTICIPATION IN AGRICULTURE BY THE YOUTH OF BROWN COUNTY, TEXAS, THROUGH THE BREEDING, RAISING, AND EXHIBITION OF VARIOUS TYPES OF FARM AND RANCH ANIMALS; TO CONDUCT A FAIR TO ALLOW YOUNG PEOPLE TO EXHIBIT THEIR STOCK AND COMPETE FOR AWARDS; TO ENCOURAGE THE YOUTH OF BROWN COUNTY, TEXAS, IN THE LEARNING OF SKILLS USED IN ARTS AND CRAFTS, CLOTHING CONSTRUCTION, FOOD PREPARATION, AND TO ALLOW YOUNG PEOPLE TO EXHIBIT SAME AND COMPETE FOR AWARDS AT THE FAIR; AND TO PARTICIPATE IN AND ENGAGE IN SUCH PUBLIC ATTRACTIONS AND EVENTS AS SHALL BE NECESSARY TO ENSURE THE CONTINUED SUCCESS OF THE ORGANIZATION.
