SUSTAINABLE FOOD SYSTEMS - INCREASE FOOD SECURITY IN LOW-INCOME COMMUNITIES AND MITIGATE FOOD DESERTS BY CREATING AND SUPPORTING PROJECTS THAT PROVIDE LOW-INCOME COMMUNITIES WITH EQUITABLE, AFFORDABLE, CONVENIENT ACCESS TO HEALTHY FOODS.
