THE SPECIFIC MISSION OF THIS ASSOCIATION IS TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP, ADVOCACY, AND INFORMATION TO MEMBERS, LEGISLATORS, AND THE PUBLIC, AND TO PROMOTE CLEAN WATER AND BENEFICIAL REUSE ISSUES THAT PROTECT PUBLIC HEALTH AND THE ENVIRONMENT.

TO PROVIDE PROACTIVE LEADERSHIP, INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS, AND TIMELY EDUCATION AND INFORMATION TO ITS MEMBERS, LEGISLATORS, AND THE PUBLIC AND TO PROMOTE PARTNERSHIPS ON WASTEWATER ISSUES WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, SO THAT SOUND PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL GOALS MAY BE ACHIEVED.
