THE FOUNDATIONS MISSION IS TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR LEUKEMIA AND CANCER RESEARCH TO FIND A CURE FOR CANCER. THE FOUNDATION WORKS TOWARD ACCOMPLISHING THIS MISSION BY HOSTING TWO PRIMARY FUNDRAISING EVENTS. OUR TRADITIONAL EVENT, KNOWN AS THE IS KILLEBREW-THOMPSON MEMORIAL HELD EVERY AUGUST IN SUN VALLEY, IDAHO. IT INCLUDES A GOLF TOURNAMENT, AUCTION GALA, AND BENEFIT CONCERT. THE SECOND EVENT IS A ONE-DAY GOLF TOURNAMENT HELD IN MINNEAPOLIS CALLED SWING AT CANCER MINNESOTA.
