Part 3 - Line 1

THE PROGRAM PROVIDES TRANSPORTATION, OUTREACH SERVICES, MEALS, AND RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS TO THE COMMUNITY'S ELDERLY CITIZENS. THE PROGRAM SERVES MORE THAN 21,000 SENIOR CITIZENS IN MERIDIAN, IDAHO. SENIORS ARE TRANSPORTED FOR MEDICAL CARE, WEEKLY SHOPPING, AND TO THE CENTER FOR MEALS AND ACTIVITIES. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES MEALS AT THE CENTER AND TO SENIORS IN THEIR HOMES. IN 2023 THE CENTER PROVIDED APPROXIMATELY 24,860 CONGREGATE MEALS TO SENIORS, APPROXIMATELY 8,430 SENIORS RECIEVED TRANSPORTION SERVICES WITH 26,319 MILES DRIVEN.
