HEARTLAND DSCS GOAL IS TO EDUCATE YOUTH ON THE BENEFITS OF EMBRACING THE OUTDOORS BY INTRODUCING THEM TO ALL THE OUTDOORS HAS TO OFFER. WE REALIZE HUNTING, FISHING AND OTHER OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES REMAIN A VIABLE PART OF OUR SOCIETY AND THAT IT WILL BE THE YOUTH THAT PRESERVE IT.
