REGRANTING: TANKA FUND PROVIDES FUNDING DIRECTLY TO NATIVE RANCHERS TO ESTABLISH NEW BUFFALO RANCHES OR TO SUPPORT, EXPAND AND SUSTAIN EXISTING RANCH OPERATIONS.
