CONGRESSIONAL INITATIVE PROVIDES SUPPORT AND TOOLS FOR CONGRESSIONAL OFFICES ON HOW TO OPERATIONALIZE EQUITABLE PAID INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS SO THAT THE FUNDS CAN BE USED FOR THEIR INTENDED PUPOSE OF OPENING UP OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL. THIS INCLUDES OUR PAID INTERNSHIP GUIDE AND OFFERING WORKSHOPS FOR INTERN COORDINATORS.
REFLECT US IS A PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGN TARGETING STUDENTS OF COLOR AND THOSE FROM ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES. THIS CAMPAIGN, WHICH COMBINES SOCIAL MEDIA WITH COLLEGE CAMPUS OUTREACH, WAS DESIGNED TO MAKE BOTH STUDENTS AND CAREER CENTERS AWARE OF THE CONGRESSIONAL FUNDING OPPORTUNITY.
