SUPPORT OF UNION SPONSORED APPRENTICESHIP, SAFETY, TRAINING PROGRAMS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS.THIS IS DONE BY GIVING MONETARY ASSISTANCE TO THE JOINT APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING COMMITTEE (JATC), OPERATED BY IRONWORKERS LOCAL UNION 5.
