APPLICATIONS ARE REVIEWED BY A COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD AND THE NATURE OF THE NEED IS DETERMINED. PATIENT ASSISTANCE INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LODGING ASSISTANCE WHILE UNDERGOING TREATMENT, GAS CARDS TO GET TO TREATMENT, MONTHLY UTILITY ASSISTANCE, GROCERY ASSISTANCE AND OR ASSITANCE WITH RENT OR MORTGAGE PAYMENTS.
