LEADERSHIP ACADEMY - AN INTENSIVE, STATEWIDE, COHORT-BASED LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM FOR LEGAL AND COMMUNITY LEADERS. PARTICIPANTS ENGAGE IN 8-10 DAYS OF LEADERSHIP AND EQUITY-FOCUSED TRAINING OVER THE COURSE OF 4 RETREATS AND ALSO ENGAGE IN IN-BETWEEN RETREAT READING, PREPARATION, AND WEBINARS. 47 FELLOWS PARTICIPATED IN THE 7TH AND 8TH LEADERSHIP ACADEMY COHORTS IN 2021, WHICH WERE ENTIRELY VIRTUAL.
LEADERSHIP EQUITY RELATED TRAINING, COACHING AND FACILITATION - INCLUDING ONE-TIME TRAINING OR MEETING/RETREAT FACILITATION, ONGOING ORGANIZATIONAL COACHING, AND EXECUTIVE COACHING FOCUSED ON RACE EQUITY, LEADERSHIP SKILLS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
