MPMC PROVIDES MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AND TRAILS. MPMC WILL DEVELOP CULTURAL, EDUCATIONAL, CHARITABLE AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS, EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE OPEN SPACE.
