AMITOFO CARE CENTER'S MISSION IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING QUALITY EDUCATION WITH COMPLETE LIVING CARE FOR VULNERABLE, POVERTY STRICKEN CHILDREN AND ORPHANS AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS IN AFRICA.

INTERNATIONAL GRANTS WERE AWARDED AND SUPPLIES WERE GIVEN TO ORGANIZATIONS IN HAITI, BELIZE, NICARAGUA, PARAGUAY, JORDAN, MONGOLIA, MALAWI, LESOTHO, ESWATINI, AND SOUTH AFRICA FOR: CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) FOOD AID AND PPE (PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT) FOR THE HEALTH OF VULNERABLE CHILDREN, THE ELDERLY, AND PUBLIC WORKERS. SUPPLYING A FULL SPECTRUM OF PROTECTIVE CARE FOR THE MOST VULNERABLE CHILDREN AND WITH FOOD, WATER, MEDICATIONS, SHELTER, AND K-12 PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION. 122,285 VULNERABLE CHILDREN, CRITICALLY IMPOVERISHED FAMILIES, HANDICAPPED AND THE ELDERLY ILL WERE SERVED. 37,241KG OF FOOD ITEMS, 11,655L OF COOKING OIL & SOUPS WERE DISTRIBUTED INCLUDING MEALS VEGETABLES, BEANS, FLOUR, YEAST AND SUGAR. 2,967 WHEELCHAIRS & HANDICAPPED EQUIPMENT, 50,707 COVID-19 PPE MEDICAL ITEMS AND 2,370 COVID-19 SANITARY ITEMS WERE DISTRIBUTED. 93,941 K-12 CLASS HOURS, 77 SUBJECTS, DELIVERED BY 99 TEACHERS.
