IN THE 20-21 FY THE AMERICAN CHEKHOV PROJECT CONTINUED TO PRODUCE CONTENT THAT WAS RELEVANT, ACCESSIBLE, AND CENTERED THE WORK OF ANTON CHEKHOV. STILL DEEP IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, LIVE PERFORMANCE WAS NOT AN OPTION, AND THE COMPANY CONTINUED TO CREATE CONTENT FOR DIGITAL CONSUMPTION. THE COMPANY LAUNCHED EIGHT PODCASTS OF SHORT STORIES AND CHEKHOVIAN CONTENT THROUGH OUR "GREAT SOULS" SERIES. IN OCTOBER, "TIME'S SIGNATURE" FEATURING THE WORK OF LANGSTON HUGHES, ANN PETRY, AND ISAAC BASHEVIS SINGER; IN DECEMBER "GIFTS OF THE SEASON" FEATURING WORKS BY DAVID SIPRESS AND O.
