CENTRO CULTURAL MEXICANO STRIVES TO INSPIRE INCLUSIVE PARTICIPATION BY THE COMMUNITY IN ALL ASPECTS OF EDUCATION, CULTURE, AND SOCIETY BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES TO CREATE A POSITIVE FUTURE AND TO BUILD A VIBRANT COMMUNITY OF EMPOWERED INDIVIDUALS THROUGH ART AND CULTURE.

BASIC NEEDS - CENTRO CULTURAL MEXICANO HAS CO-CREATED AND IMPLEMENTED PROGRAMS TO PROVIDE AND DISTRIBUTE RENT ASSISTANCE, MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE, AND LOAN ASSISTANCE (WHEN USED FOR RENT) IN ORDER TO KEEP OUR COMMUNITY HOUSED. WE ADVOCATE FOR LONG-TERM AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPTIONS. CENTRO CULTURAL MEXICANO PROVIDES BILINGUAL AND CULTURALLY RELEVANT COVID 19 OUTREACH AND EDUCATION, AS WELL AS VACCINATIONS, APPOINTMENTS AND ACCESS TO BOOSTER SHOTS.


EDUCATION - CENTRO CULTURAL MEXICANO SUPPORTS YOUTH ENGAGEMENT THROUGH SERVICES AND OPPORTUNITIES LIKE OUR PAID INTERNSHIP PROGRAM. PROGRAMS - CENTRO CUTLRUAL MEXICANO ADVOCATES AT THE STATE AND LOCAL LEVEL TO ENSURE THAT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ARE EQUITABLE AND ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF OUR COMMUNITIES.
