EDUCATION - THE CENTER SERVES APPROXIMATELY 2,500 STUDENTS ANNUALLY. CLASSES INCLUDE CERAMICS, SCULPTURE, PRINTMAKING, PAINTING, DRAWING AND MULTIMEDIA ART. THE CLASSES SERVE ALL AGES INCLUDING TODDLERS. FACILITIES INCLUDE A LARGE CLASSROOM FOR PAINTING AND DRAWING CLASSES, A PRINT-MAKING STUDIO, AND A COMPLETE CERAMICS FACILITY EQUIPPED WITH TWO GAS-FIRED KILNS.
GALLERY - THE CENTER'S GALLERY SUPPORTS AND FOSTERS REGIONAL ARTISTS WHICH ENCOURAGES INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY AS WELL AS PROVIDING RARE OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDEPENDENT CURATORS. WITH A COMMITTMENT TO ENGAGING ACCESSIBLE CONTEMPORARY ART THE GALLERY SHOWCASES BOTH EMERGING AND ESTABLISHED ARTISTS WHO ARE EXAMINING EMERGING THEMES AND REGIONAL STYLES.
