PROVIDED FISCAL SPONSORSHIP SERVICES TO THE DELAWARE DIVISION OF LIBRARIES TO ADMINISTER PROJECT PRIORITIES FOR TWO GRANTS BY THE HIGHMARK FOUNDATION AND THE NATIONAL LIBRARIES OF MEDICINE FOR TELEHEALTH IN LIBRARIES. THIS INCLUDED MATERIALS, HARDWARE AND EQUIPMENT, AND CONTRACT STAFFING TO FULFILL PROJECT GOALS.
