TO PROVIDE REFERRAL SERVICES TO BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY EMPLOYEES WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM ALCOHOL, DRUG, AND OTHER SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROBLEMS.
TO IMPLEMENT AND TO ASSIST IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ALCOHOL, DRUG, AND OTHER SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROGRAMS INTENDED TO REDUCE SUCH ABUSE IN THE BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY WORKPLACE.
