THROUGH AN INNOVATIVE COLLABORATIVE PROCESS BETWEEN THE PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SECTORS, KEY PROFESSIONALS COME TOGETHER ON BEHALF OF THE BEST INTERESTS OF VICTIMS.
