AS THE FEDERALLY DESIGNATED SEXUAL ASSAULT COALITION SERVING THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, THE DC COALITION TO END SEXUAL VIOLENCE (DCCESV) PROVIDES CENTRALIZED LEADERSHIP FOR A BROAD RANGE OF STAKEHOLDERS ADDRESSING SEXUAL VIOLENCE ACROSS ALL EIGHT WARDS OF WASHINGTON, DC. DCCESV CONTINUALLY WORKS TO SUSTAIN, ENHANCE, AND GROW OUR PROGRAMS, SERVICES, AND TRAINING TO ADVANCE OUR SHARED GOALS OF ADVANCING RACIAL EQUITY AS AN ESSENTIAL COMPONENT OF SEXUAL ASSAULT; INCREASING ACCESS TO JUSTICE FOR ALL SURVIVORS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT; STRENGTHENING EFFORTS TO PREVENT AND END SEXUAL ASSAULT; EXPANDING ECONOMIC JUSTICE AND FINANCIAL ADVOCACY FOR SURVIVORS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT, INCLUDING AS A TOOL FOR VIOLENCE PREVENTION; AND IMPROVING OUTREACH, SERVICES, AND CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE RESPONSES, PREVENTION, AND SUPPORT FOR SURVIVORS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT. THE COALITION'S VISION IS THAT ALL VICTIM-SURVIVORS IN THE DISTRICT RECEIVE TIMELY, COMPETENT, AND HIGH-QUALITY CARE.
