MAINE MOUNTAIN TRANSACTION FUND: PROVIDE SMALL GRANTS OF $20,000 OR LESS TO 501C3 LAND TRUSTS IN THE REGION FOR EMERGING LAND CONSERVATION PROJECTS FOR COSTS SUCH AS APPRAISALS, SURVEYS, LEGAL FEES, AND TIMBER CRUISE. EXEMPLARY FORESTRY INVESTMENT FUND: MANAGE LAUNCH OF NEW INNOVATIVE IMPACT INVESTMENT VEHICLE TO OWN AND MANAGE MAINE TIMBERLAND FOR LONG TERM CONSERVATION OUTCOMES INCLUDING IMPROVED FOREST HEALTH, WILDLIFE HABITAT, AND CARBON STOCKING.
