THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO (A)DEPLOY CONTRACTED PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS TO FIND AND RECOVER MINORS WHO HAVE BEEN COMMERCIALLY EXPLOITED FOR SEX ("SEX TRAFFICKED") IN THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, AND EVENTUALLY IN OTHER HOT SPOTS IN THE UNITED STATES, (B)PROVIDE THEM WITH THE EMERGENCY SUPPORT SERVICES THEY NEED TO FEEL PROTECTED AND SAFE AND (C)PROVIDE LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT WITH THE NECESSARY EVIDENCE TO ASSIST THEM IN THE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS.

SEVERAL MISSING AND EXPLOITED CHILDREN WERE RECOVERED AND RETURNED HOME OR PLACED IN SAFE HOUSES. THEY WERE PROVIDED WITH EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, CLOTHES AND PERSONAL ITEMS AND COUNSELING AS NEEDED. SPECIAL OPERATIONS HAS WORKED CLOSELY WITH LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TO ARREST AND PROSECUTE ADULT PREDATORS AND TO CLOSE ILLEGAL OPERATIONS THAT ARE USED FOR SEX TRAFFICKING.
